The 124gr +P+ Hydra-Shok from Federal was an honest performer but I don’t Feel they enable it to be any more. The previous Winchester Silvertip 115gr JHP was infamous for overexpanding, fragmenting, and failure to penetrate adequately. The previous Federal 115gr +P+ “9BPLE” load al
